Big Water Print Co.
Wholesale & bulk

Wholesale DTF transfers, priced for the shop that prints every week.

Big Water Print Co. supplies DTF gang sheets to screen printers, embroiderers, apparel brands and uniform suppliers across North America. Tell us your volume and we'll set a per-square-inch rate on your account that undercuts our standard $0.025 and applies to every order automatically.

How a volume account works

Same sheets, same film. A lower number on every order.

Everything we print runs on a 30.5″ wide gang sheet that we lay out for you, priced by the square inch of film your graphics need. A wholesale account doesn't change how you order. It changes the rate the estimator and checkout use the moment you sign in.

Upload your customers' art with sizes and quantities, approve the estimate, and we nest, print, cure, inspect and ship. Mix left chests, full fronts, sleeve hits and names on one order; fill leftover space on the sheet at no extra cost.

Need us to check files before they print? Add an artwork review at checkout and a person inspects every graphic for resolution, transparency and stray pixels, then emails you before anything runs.

What you get

Four things a volume account changes.

Your own rate, on every order

We set a per-square-inch film rate on your account based on your volume. It applies automatically whenever you're signed in: the estimator, checkout and every reorder use it, with no codes or tiers to track.

Priority production

Volume accounts go to the front of the queue. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of artwork approval, and we'll tell you up front if a large run needs longer.

Consolidated invoicing & net terms

One statement for everything you ran, and net terms for established accounts, so ordering transfers fits the way your shop already pays its suppliers.

A direct line to the shop

You get a named contact who knows your work. Questions about a file, a rush, or a tricky garment go to a printer, not a ticket queue.

Who we supply

Built for decorators who resell.

If DTF is part of how you make a living, you need a supplier who acts like a partner. These are the shops we print for most.

Screen printers

Take the one-off, full-color and under-minimum jobs you'd otherwise turn away. No screens, no color counts, no setup.

Embroidery & promo shops

Add printed apparel to your line without a print room. Transfers arrive press-ready with instructions in the box.

Apparel brands

Press to order instead of guessing at inventory. Transfers store flat for months, so cash isn't tied up in printed blanks.

Teams, schools & uniform suppliers

Names, numbers, mascots and sponsor logos mixed on one sheet, reordered in a click when the roster changes.

Wholesale FAQ

Questions from shop owners.

Everything else about files, pressing and shipping is on the main FAQ.

How do I get a wholesale rate?

Tell us about your monthly volume and what you print on the contact page. We set a per-square-inch film rate on your account, and every order you place while signed in uses it automatically. There are no codes to enter and no tiers to track.

Is there a wholesale minimum?

No separate minimum. Every order runs on at least one 30.5″ × 50″ gang sheet, the same as any customer, and your rate applies whether the order is one sheet or twenty.

Do you print for other print shops?

Yes. Many of our customers are screen printers, embroiderers and promotional product shops who add DTF for small runs, full-color art, or jobs that don't suit screens or thread. We print your customers' designs and ship press-ready transfers to you.

Do you offer net terms?

Net terms and consolidated invoicing are available for established accounts. New accounts pay by card at checkout while we get to know each other.

What is the turnaround on large orders?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of artwork approval, and volume accounts are first in the queue. For a very large or deadline-driven run, tell us the date when you order and we'll confirm it before we print.

Can I mix different customers' jobs on one order?

Yes. Each graphic has its own size and quantity, so a single order can carry work for several of your customers. We nest everything onto one sheet and you pay only for the film it takes.

Ready to talk numbers?

Tell us what you print and how much. We'll set your rate and you can place the first order the same day.
